Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install speech-api-incident-response

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets scope and severity, collects aggregate health data and redacted correlation IDs, tests connectivity, transcription and several models, then applies the documented stabilization. No customer data or credentials should be attached to the incident channel. You get an incident walkthrough and a recovery check.
