Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install split-branch-into-pr-stack

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent turns one large change into a stack: PR 1 sits on the base branch, and each later PR sits on the one below. Each layer is verified before the next, and the top of the stack stays identical to the tree already tested. The PRs are opened as linked drafts.
