Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install split-prd-into-phases

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the PRD, explores the code, identifies durable architecture decisions, then drafts vertical slices that each ship on their own. It asks a few questions to validate the plan, then writes docs/PLAN.md. If a plan exists, it only adds missing phases.
