Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install sprint-health-review

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

Two subcommands read a sprint JSON file. analyze returns a sprint health score using committed and completed points, stories completed or carried over, blockers with days blocked and which ceremonies took place. velocity analyzes the trend across several sprints. Both scripts accept --format text or json.
