In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install sprint-milestone-retrospective

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent loads the sprint or milestone data, analyses completion and trends, then writes the retrospective. It stops if the required data does not exist. You get the metrics, the velocity trend and what went well or poorly.
