Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install sprint-scope-capacity-plan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets sprint goals, estimates capacity after removing leave and meetings, and separates P0 work from stretch items. It also handles carryover from the previous sprint. You get a sprint plan with load, risks, a definition of done and key dates.
