In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install stale-failing-pull-request-closer

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The automation finds pull requests where a required check keeps failing. It first warns the author, then closes the pull request if nothing changes. You get a repository cleared of requests that no longer move.
