Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install story-project-memory

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent extracts durable facts from a story: character state, timeline, reveals and terminology. It also maintains reference pages, the project layout and the list of open issues, so each agent starts from up-to-date ground. You get a project memory usable from one session to the next.
