Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install story-readiness-checklist

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent loads the story and the facts it needs, then checks design, architecture, scope, open questions, asset references and the definition of done. It gives a verdict, which the QA lead then reviews. You know whether the story can start.
