In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install sync-config-across-reposWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent extracts a configuration from one repo, compares it with the others and propagates improvements in apply mode. It sorts configurations by tier and produces difference reports. You get repos aligned on the same workflows and settings.
