Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install sync-project-documentation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent finds what changed since the latest commits, checks each claim against the tree, then updates AGENTS.md, the README and component rules. It leaves unverifiable sections untouched. It maintains an existing CLAUDE.md without creating a new one.
