Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install system-change-evaluation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the real system before judging the proposal, identifies the consumers involved and drops speculative needs. It then makes the smallest sufficient change, only when the request allows it. You get an explicit verdict and checks proportionate to the risk.
