In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install tailwind-v4-migration-guide

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

The agent runs the official codemod, then handles what it cannot: dependencies and build chain, porting the JavaScript config to @theme, v4 changed defaults and a sweep for renamed utilities. It then verifies with a browser parity test. You get a v4 project that looks the same.
