Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install tdd-behavior-change-workflow

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent determines the repository's production and test boundaries, splits the work by observable behavior, then writes the tests first. It does not apply red-first mechanically to configuration or wiring. You get tests that describe the expected behavior, then the code that satisfies them.
