Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install tdd-london-school-workflow

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent writes the failing test first with simulated dependencies, checks that it fails for the right reason, writes the minimal code that passes it, refactors while keeping tests green, then repeats for the next behavior. It runs the target tests and the regression suite after the last edit.
