Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install team-claude-session-coordination

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent keeps a shared state file: active sessions, claimed tasks, work from the last forty-eight hours, conflicts to watch and announcements. It shows who is working on what before a task is picked up. You get a multi-person project without overlapping work.
