Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install team-retrospective-facilitation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent structures the session in three parts (what went well, what to improve, actions), then writes the record with the agreed actions. You get a retrospective record and a list of actions to follow up in the next sprint.
