Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install teams-chat-messaging

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent lists your Teams chats, finds a contact or group, then reads recent messages or sends a text or HTML message after you confirm the content. Channel messages are not covered. You get the thread read back or a message sent.
