Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install terminal-chat-ui-ink

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent builds a terminal chat app on the assistant-ui runtime and Ink components, with multiline input, history and attachments. It also handles ANSI Markdown rendering and keyboard navigation. You get a chat application that runs inside a terminal.
