Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install terraform-to-pulumi-migration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first agrees with you on the Terraform sources and target folder, then uses the terraform-migrate plugin, which keeps the state mapping. It does not run pulumi convert and does not create the project under /workspace.
