Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install test-apply-api-rate-limit

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the current limit from config/rate-limit.json, sets it to 100 requests per minute in the API server setup, then asks for confirmation of 60. The two values contradict each other, so this skill serves as a test case, not a reference.
