Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install test-first-development-workflow

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent detects your test runner, drafts user journeys and test cases, then follows the cycle: failing test, minimal implementation, refactor. It aims for 80% coverage or more across unit, integration and E2E tests. You get a commit history with one step per commit.
