In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install test-idea-action-rewriting-2

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent spots “Verify X” phrasing, picks an action verb for the test category and rewrites each case as an observable action and result, keeping IDs and priorities. You get a rewritten table in the same format.
