Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install testflight-crash-triage

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent fetches TestFlight crash reports and tester feedback, along with hang, disk-write and launch diagnostics, using asc. It analyses them and produces a readable summary for a build or an app. You get an overview of the issues to fix.
