Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install time-aware-rag-retrieval

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent adds timestamps to metadata, weights scores by freshness, extracts dates from questions (“last quarter”) and handles valid versions of a fact. You get a search that returns the policy in force rather than an outdated version.
