In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install tpu-reservation-stockout-recoveryWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent confirms the stockout error and reservation usage, identifies the VMs and pools consuming it, then checks auto-repair on the pool concerned.
