Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install tpu-vm-repair-stuck-diagnosis

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks VM status in the managed instance group, reads Compute Engine system events and the impact on the slice. It also reviews node auto-repair and faulty host reports. Direct Compute Engine changes are excluded: recovery goes through GKE. You get the cause and the recovery path to approve.
