Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install trace-downstream-impact-analysis

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent finds the DAGs and views that read the target, builds the dependency tree and ranks each one by criticality. It assesses the change risk and identifies stakeholders. You get an impact report before you modify the table or DAG.
