Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install trace-stuck-agent-run-logs

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent starts from the ticket key, finds the related session identifiers and reads one session end to end. It looks for stuck and retry signals in the Symphony and Codex logs to isolate the root cause.
