In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install tsup-to-tsdown-migration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

The agent turns the tsup configuration into a tsdown configuration using the option mappings, adapts package.json and output file names, then flags unsupported options with their alternatives. The skill requires an intermediate step, since from tsdown 0.23 deprecated tsup options are silently ignored.
