Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install tts-api-ci-pipeline

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets up two tiers: mocked unit tests on every push, with no API key and no quota, and real integration tests, limited to the main branch or a manual run, behind a quota guard. You get a GitHub Actions workflow and a documented test strategy.
