Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install twilio-voice-ai-websocket

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent writes the TwiML that opens the ConversationRelay session, the WebSocket server that receives transcripts, and the streaming of LLM replies to speech synthesis. You get a basic voice assistant. Twilio must enable ConversationRelay access on your account first.
