In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install ui-surface-icon-motion-polish

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent applies precise values: outer radius equal to inner radius plus padding, shadows for elevation, borders for structure, transitions for interactive states and respect for reduced motion. It only polishes once the interaction is sound. You get a more refined interface that matches your component library.
