Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install unstyled-chat-primitives-composition

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent assembles the thread, composer, messages and action bars from primitives that supply behavior only: shortcuts, auto-scroll and streaming state. It also handles attachments, mentions and editing. You get a chat layout that is entirely yours to style.
