Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install upload-large-assets-r2

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent finds the main worktree, loads the R2 credentials without printing their values, uploads the file with Bun's S3-compatible client, then replaces local paths with public URLs. You get a remotion.media URL usable in the code, with no binary committed.
