Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install upstash-redis-serverless-cache

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent installs the Upstash client, creates one client per module, then sets up TTL caching, sliding-expiration sessions and a rate limit on a Next.js route. It flags common pitfalls. It does not apply to self-hosted or TCP Redis clients.
