Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install urgent-decimal-phase-insertion

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent creates a decimal-numbered phase, for example 72.1, after the phase you name, then updates the roadmap and the state tracking. You get the urgent work placed in the sequence, without touching the other phases.
