Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install use-slop-mop-repo-tooling

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent replaces a direct tool call with the matching sm command for the step: sail to decide what to do, swab, scour or buff for the maintenance loop, refit for the initial onboarding. Friction is reported with sm barnacle file, never with gh issue create.
