Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install uwp-to-winui3-migration-reference

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent replaces Windows.UI.Xaml namespaces, CoreDispatcher, CoreWindow, MessageDialog and file pickers with their WinUI 3 equivalents, showing the code before and after. It flags common mistakes in generated code, such as a ContentDialog without a XamlRoot.
