Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install ux-coaching

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent coaches you in one of three moments: framing the problem, running a design critique or making a case to a skeptic. It asks one focused question per turn and separates evidence, assumptions and unresolved points. You leave with a named result and a resumable state, without the agent deciding for you.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the state saved?

In a project state file, with no personal identifier, so you can resume a session later.

Can we switch moments midway?

Yes: the current instance is parked, then the new moment starts in the same session.
