Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install validate-skill-spec-compliance

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent goes through each skill folder and checks the name format, its match with the folder, the description length and optional fields, then Claude Code best practices. You get a report per skill listing the deviations to fix.
