Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install vastai-api-traffic-budget

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent maps calls by identity and endpoint, picks a single retry layer, replaces tight polling and bounds call volume. Since the API returns no Retry-After header, it adds capped backoff. You get a safe traffic policy.
