Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install vigiles-rule-classification-check

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent detects the project's format, either the spec-based version 2 or the legacy one, then checks that each rule is classified as enforce, check or guidance. It fixes incomplete rules, suggests a migration when needed and runs the check again.
