First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent co-facilitates the workshop: five virtual teammates do the exercises (notes, votes, sketches) and everything is written to a file-based sprint room, while you decide at each step. You get each phase's outputs and a decision log.
