Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install vite-config-and-build

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets up vite.config.ts, plugins and their order, .env files, the API proxy, library mode and dependency pre-bundling. It also handles hot-reload errors and build size. You get a configuration that starts and builds cleanly.
