Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install vitest-4-testing-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent configures Vitest 4 and writes unit, integration or browser-mode tests using vi.fn, vi.spyOn and vi.mock. It also sets up V8 or Istanbul coverage and migration from Jest, and favours vitest run to avoid runs that hang in watch mode.
