Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install voice-agent-migration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent applies the Retell AI SDK call pattern, lists existing agents, then migrates one agent at a time, keeping the previous version as a fallback. It draws on an implementation reference. You get a migrated agent and a rollback procedure.
