Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install waf-cost-optimization-review

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent follows the Cost Optimization pillar: it asks the scoping questions, spots idle and oversized capacity, then reviews discounts such as CUDs, SUDs and Spot VMs. It also looks at FinOps alignment. You get a list of actions ranked by expected savings.
