Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install webhook-handler-best-practices

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent organizes the handler in the order verify, parse, then process idempotently. It sets response codes, retries and the pitfalls specific to Express, Next.js and FastAPI, such as the raw request body. You get a handler that does not process the same event twice.
