Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install whole-repo-quality-audit

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent maps the repo (entry points, configuration, dependencies, tests), looks for bugs, security holes, slow paths and risky untested code, then ranks the findings with plain-English explanations. It changes nothing. You get a full report to read.
